22-year-old led officers on short chase in stolen SUV before crashing near Destiny USA, police say

Syracuse, N.Y. — A 22-year-old man was arrested after leading officers on a short chase in a stolen SUV that crashed into another car and flipped onto its side near Destiny USA in Syracuse.
Around 6:15 p.m. Friday, Adrian Duncan was driving a stolen Ford Escape when a Flock Safety Camera — a license plate reading camera — spotted the SUV at Destiny USA, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department.
